DELIVERY Times & Charges

We have free delivery on all orders.

We aim to deliver your curtains within 14 days. Once your order has left our warehouse, we'll send you an email with tracking information.

Our curtains are handmade and we can't rush them. Occasionally orders get behind during periods of higher demand. If we are unable to fulfil your order within the expected delivery time we will contact you. You can decide if you want to wait or you can request the order is cancelled and refunded.

If we have your item in stock, you are welcome to collect your order instead of waiting for delivery by a courier.

When you have placed your order contact us to cancel the courier and arrange collection. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please see easy returns to arrange the return of your item. Return within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original condition (as received by you) and we will give you an exchange or refund.

We will notify you when we receive your return. Your refund will be processed once we have checked the item. Refunds can take up to 14 days, depending on how your payment was made.

If you paid by credit or debit card, we will refund the same card originally used to place the order.

ABOUT PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit cards including Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard and Maestro.

We do accept cheques; please contact us to discuss what you want to order, and we can make special arrangements.

There will be a delay in the dispatch of your order until the cheque has cleared.

We can take payments by BACS. Please contact usif you would like to pay in this way.

Our prices include VAT at the current rate. We provide a VAT invoice with our VAT registration number.

If you live in the UK or the EU,  there are no additional taxes. In other countries, import taxes and duties may be payable locally by you.

Curtain Size Chart

If you want to dress a window and aren't concerned about the curtains meeting in the middle, order SMALL (S) in any of the designs.

Don't forget, if you change your mind and want a bigger or smaller size, contact us and we can exchange them.

We recommend you order your curtains full length (2cm from the floor). 

Our curtains are priced for any drop up to (90") 229cm. Please contact us if you require a longer drop.

Please contact us if you require an alteration service. We can only alter our own products.

Our curtain lining is a high quality brushed cotton. The reverse side of the lining has been raised to give it a luxurious soft feel and extra thermal qualities. We selected this lining for its weight, thickness and superb drape.

There is only one colour option: Ivory.

If you need a sample of lining, please contact us so we can post one out asap.

(FYI when you order a free fabric sample, you will also get a lining sample included.)

Our curtains are only available with a brushed cotton lining.

We do not offer an unlined option.

We don't offer any other style of pleating.

We make our curtains one way. We sew 8" deep (20 cm) stiffener at the top. Then double pleats are hand formed and finished to standard widths.

We recommend you only dry clean our curtains using a specialist dry cleaning service.

Washing can cause distortion and shrinkage.

You can buy extra fabric by the meter. Please contact us to make arrangements.

ABOUT FITTING YOUR CURTAINS

Our curtains have special curtain hooks sewn into the pleats, so there is no need to worry.

We can supply additional hooks should you need them. Please contact us and we will send them out free of charge.

COMPLAINTS PROCEEDURE

Please contact usif there's been a mistake with your order. We will dispatch a replacement as soon as possible and arrange collection of the incorrect goods.

We hope you will never have reason to complain about any of our products or services, but if you do, we would like you to contact us about it as soon as possible, so we can try to put matters right.

If you call us, we will try to sort out your complaint while you are on the phone. If this isn't possible, we will agree on a course of action with you.

We also encourage you to contact us if there is anything you feel we can improve on. All suggestions are welcome.
